Another puzzle!

After solving macooka's puzzle, I decided to make an even harder one.
Rules are the same, except I will not give any further hints. :>
'The reward is a game where you can rip out some monster eyes.' - I think this is a pretty good hint for the reward giveaway,
but if you know what is this, don't tell others. :)

Too little time for me(and i'm sleepy).Good luck too all solvers(also its really good puzzle i might check this out when I wake up).Its 3 am now i need to sleep :).So good night ^^
