I could give a very subtle hint for #12. It's a popular anime that was aired during the late 90s with the anime having a different ending from the manga.
For #6, well you can google the lyrics, but the only thing that I can say is that it is the "apple" of the mind for most anime lovers.

it's my 2nd attempt to guess anime song titles in Too Hard Puzzle
1st time I've failed
2nd ... well 3 songs recognized, out of which I knew 1 title (not the Fumoffu one), in two cases I had to search for it, knowing from which anime it was (SOSTeam and Notepad++)
I've stopped watching anime quite a long time ago ... too damn hard for me, but actually I know a way to cheat ... but probably I won't, too much work ;P
