if there is a promotion free days tryout, when you try to join the entry , you get the error message:" game already exist in your library"

if it is not the case for you , then it must be because i joined steamgifts when that game was on "week free"

Just sync your account now that it is not free anymore. It will fix the problem. Furthermore for everybody else who joined before, they should only have that problem if their account is syncced during the free period.
