Tropico 5 Worth buy?

it depends if you enjoy the genre. i know i do and i liked the game so i've started playing and said in my mind that will go off to bed early and went directly to work next morning

my advice would be to watch some youtube gameplay of it and decide afterwards. as for the price, it was never cheaper (on steam) than this so would be a fair deal.

My gf likes Tropico 4 better than Tropico 5
The military aspect (moving squads around) put her a bit off

like the series if u can spare 10bucks go for the complete edition!

Honestly tropico 4 is much better than 5 and its even cheaper

If you don't have Tropico 4, buy that instead!

Its good but not as good as Tropico 4. The fact that you take your island with you trough the half of the campaign is so offputting, especially when you fucked up 1 or 2 levels before and didn't notice it at that time.

Tropico 4 is much better imho. I really liked T4 and while T5 was okay-ish for most part, I liked T4 much better.

I tried Tropico 5, didn't grab me as Tropico 4 did, I would suggest you to look into that one.

Another vote for Tropico 4, or even 3.

To add to your confusion, I liked Tropico 3 the most (w/ all the expansions), then 4, then 5, but they are all pretty much similar :) 5 has been "consolized" so I found the controls a bit awkward compared to the previous versions which were more PC-friendly.
