so, first copy I got it as a gift. I wrote a second, to re chose the winner. but he did not answer me and the key \ Gift does not send. what should I do?

if at the end of 7 days the win is still in your account, contact support for a reroll. in the meantime, leave a comment on the giveaway telling the creator what happened and to reroll

If you already contacted the creator to re-roll, it may take some time for Support to grant it, as they have a long queue.

Give him some time to answer you. If he still won't answer after a week or so, contact Support. And of course, make sure you do not activate the second copy,

если от второй ключ не присылает, то, возможно, он уже создал тикет на рерол, просто подожди, у тебя из выигрышей исчезнет лишняя.
