Level 1 with $69 (nice) given away. What am I missing?

You have 10.49 $CV (can see when you put your mouse on your 69$ steam value)
Level are calculated on $CV, and you need $50CV for level 3.

You joined awhile back but it looks like you're just now really coming around here so welcome to one of the best websites/communities on the internet. I noticed you haven't won anything yet but that hasn't stopped you from giving away some decent games and I think that's pretty cool.

The important part no one mentioned is that it tells you when you create the GA whether it will be full, 15% or 0 CV. The * or ** at the end of the title. You can also see your CV by hovering the mouse cursor over the $69 that your CV is $10.
