Frozen Synapse Prime's gift copy is locked to your region [that is, of whomever activates the base game].
It used to specify what region lock it had, but looking at my copy in inventory now, that seems to have inexplicably gotten removed at some point.
I'd imagine yours would have some sort of EU restriction.

My NA/ROW copy showed a region restriction on it.. to any ROW region :P

This makes a question pop up in my mind then. ikkiyakki, do you know where the winner of your copy is from? Is it in a ROW region or a non-ROW region? This could help verify if this is true.
EDIT: Nevermind, I see that you are from russia, so I'm pretty sure that you have a russian region locked one then, since that is a non-ROW region.

The second copy which appears in your inventory once you activate the key of Frozen Synapse Prime, is region locked to the same country/region as you are, means the only person who's from the same country/region as you are can add it to his/her library.
Now what you have to do is buy another Frozen Synapse Prime and give it to him/her.

My recent FSP GA turned out bad - the reciever can't activate it due to secret region locking.. it had no marks. Any ideas where to search for the cheapest possible ROW Frozen Synapse Prime which I could buy with PayPal or a card? Or maybe someone has a key? Then please add me on Steam!
