Forgive me, for I'm new to these forums...

Maybe I've overlooked a rule on this, but is there any rule against putting up a non-delivery case for others to see? Basically, I've won a game on here, but the guy won't deliver, for he did not have the games in the first place...I'd put a puush of our conversation, but I'd like to confirm if it's okay first. If not, just ignore me :<

Please go to Support with things like this. Please don't mark as an urgent ticket. When we get to your place in the queue, we'll suspend the user if the giveaway was made solely for trolling.

also, make sure to close a topic in support or forums once it has been answered/you are finished with it. friendly bit of advice since a lot of people get angry about it :)

Your question confuses me :( Originally, I wanted to put up the puush to confirm if others think the guy is trolling as well. I don't even know anymore.
