If you pre-order something from Green Man Gaming, when do you get your key?

Mostly I'm wondering if it's before the release date for the game, or if it'll be after.

2 days before launch, usually. But I'd not trust GMG as they're shady as f**k.

They sold some gray market keys, which got revoked (at least some of them) later and developers confirmed they never sent keys to GMG. They also sold some "mystery bundles" which was a cash grab and they screwed thousands of people. Also they messed up some launch date, sent the keys weeks later (some last year's games) and never compensated.

They say that they'll send you the key on the day of the release at the latest BUT there have been at least couple of releases which they messed up and sent the keys week later :) So usually they are on time but sometimes it will take some time.

Was already thinking about making a topic... What happened to GMG?
Did they get a new managment?
Their new page looks awful (maybe easier to navigate with the phone?), they have almost no and, apart from maybe one title per week, rather bad sales, especially in relation to what thy had had before?

Either when you pre-order, after preload starts, before release, or after release.
