You've been scammed in short.
"Complimentary reviewer package" it's a game version for reviewers/press
It cannot be sold. If you bought this key, you're been scammed.
This is a reason why those keys shouldn't be given on steamgifts
There you're got it?.
You can ask Steam Support for game title.

Yeah, high chance I got it here
What did you ask support?

I haven't experienced this message before, so I'm just going base it off how I interpret two key parts of the message, and one of them might apply:
Complimentary reviewer package
So either that's the literal name of the Steam sub you activated (could be one of these?, or its a description of why your game got revoked. If its the latter, then an example might be if a dev gave out a bunch of keys to review a game, then decided to deactivate them at a later date. If you got they key from anyone other than Steam or a dev, then you may have been scammed by someone giving you such a key without telling you that it was a reviewer key.
Your recent Product code activation has been revoked due to a problem processing payment for this item.
So if all that stuff with the "reviewer package" is not true, then this line means someone disputed a payment method charge (like a stolen credit card), and when that happens the dev loses money and can revoke the key.

I got the same message, two of them and because they are both called "complimentary reviewer package" I have no idea what they are. Most likely the same Dev because they were both activated close, 9th Aug and 12th Aug.

Yep I got one today that was supposedly activated in August 2018, and another one sometime last week that was activated in September 2018, but since they're called "Complimentary reviewer package" I have no idea what they are.
It really has me stumped as I can count on one hand how many times I've bought a game from a gray market site, and it's none of those games.

I just got the same notice - apparently a game I activated 14 October 2018. I'm not sure what game it is. I will be following this thread to find out if anyone determines which game it is.

The 2 recently removed I had with the same description were Glitch Simulator 2018 and DLCs for Arcane Raise.

I still have Glitch Simulator 2018 but it wouldn't suprise me if they were Arcane Raise DLC's. I still have all the base games but I have no idea on the DLC's.

I got 1 that was activated 21st of July 2018. Since people mentioned it here, I checked my library and the Arcane Raise games are gone.
Edit: Looked on the discussion page on Steam and people have found the SteamDB entry for the Complimentary Reviewer Package; https://steamdb.info/sub/302285/apps/
