personal favorite goto is Scrubs. if you are into war, Band of Brother and The Pacific are great.

Breaking Bad and the True Detective

One name: Banshee. ;)

I watch too much tv, so it's a bit hard for me to decide what to recommend. Highly recommend "Banshee" though.

edit: Scrubs is quite fun. Also probably going to get some hate now, but I watched The O.C complete box-set a few times back while it was airing & after it had ended - not sure why I liked it so much at the time.

Im currently into westworld, waiting for Game of Thrones to finish(including books), finished The Office they are all pretty good.

Firefly, Breaking Bad, Farscape, Battlestar Galactica, Dark Angel, Deadwood, Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Rome, Sons of Anarchy, The Fades, The Shield, Sopranos, and so much more I don't remember right now... :3

Both of the ones I've enjoyed the most aren't done yet, unfortunately. The 100 and Suits.

Chuck and Breaking Bad have ended though, and those are both pretty good.

If you liked the first Avatar, i'm sure you will like The Legend of Korra, is not a round as Aang's story, but it's pretty great.

Other series can be the American Horror Story saga, each season is stand alone, so you can watch any season you might like, and Black Mirror, this have standalone chapters inside a season, but each chapter is pure gold.

Actually don't watch much TV but if i do. i watch on Discovery series such Gold Rush, Deadliest Catch, Alaskan Bush People, Alaska Last Frontier etc.

First season of True Detective (every season is a separate story)?

LOST is an awesome tv show once you get into it, it will twist your brain. Some people stranded on an island doing weird things.
Dexter is nice too, a psychopath working for the police, it's funny and thrilling
Prison Break is great, basically escaping a prison to save his brother but it is well thought
Breaking Bad is funny, a teacher cooking some drugs

If you like anime I suggest little show like Angel Beats, Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica and Hunter X Hunter, you'll probably cry and laugh so hard.
