The fact is they're not a official reseller, it's not about whether your experience with them has been good or not.
I've dealt with some shady stores in the past, and I've not had any issues, but I would never recommend them to other people.

There are no Steam keys for Doom Eternal. If you want it on Steam, you have to buy through Steam.

Doubt it, since most of those keys comes from retail boxes... and the retail boxes in this case will have Bethesda keys. The only way to get it on Steam is to buy it on Steam.
