Nobody said Recettear? Very original and quite good too, maybe a bit short: you're basically the merchant of an rpg, you have to sell rpg equipment, bargain, take orders, go with adventurers in dungeons and find things to put on your shelves.
You'll learn to fear the dreadful little girl who never has money and interrupts all your sell combos, more than you fear enemy bosses, lol.

Seriously, who could possibly think of a character who used her hair which was also used as her own clothing to attack monsters??!

Elona is fun too. Fighting equiped with undies as a weapon, while being pregnant of an Alien, as a gay, on a motorbike, against robots and dragons, is pretty cool.

Harvester, an old PC game that may be fairly disturbing depending on how squeemish you are

Psychonauts.

Rock of Ages is a contender.

Zeno Clash franchise, you wont know what its pure wierdeness without try it ;)

Chex Quest.
