First: do not delete the virtual card. Then try using the debit card with PayPal, not the virtual one.

Once I walked into my <del>shitty</del> bank, asked them to delete my virtual card: for lover fees, and because I never used it anyway. They did what I asked, and after that, I could not use PayPal, or any web based payment... So I had to reactivate that virtual stuff, which I never used anywhere.

Fun fact: whenever and wherever I mention them PayPal, they do not really know what it is. (^^;
