If you want this information for one game specifically, you can find it under the "Notices" section for the Barter entry of that game.
(Example: https://barter.vg/i/42708/ then scroll down to "Notices": you'll see the red notice "Revoked (Dev) ⌫"; mouseovering it will give you some more info)

Thanks to everyone who reported their key revocations here. Please continue reporting them here. You folks are awesome!

Due to character limit, time constraints and having to manually create the chart rows, it's very difficult to keep a list on revocations on SteamGifts. Since I am the one managing these notices on Barter anyway, I thought it would be convenient to centralize the reports from SteamGifts and trade offers into one place and Barter proved to be a good solution for that because of its bundles and game database.

The below lists will not be updated on SG any more, but all your reports will be reflected on Barter, so please continue reporting them.

I've made one post in this thread before, but I finished going through my unredeemed Indiegala happy hour bundles going back to mid-2018.
I checked against the games already mentioned in this thread (on pages 1, 7, 10, 11; apologies for any repeats).
I didn't have multiples of the same bundle, so each of these is one key from one bundle (except one game that was in 2 different bundles).
Here are the keys that were either duped (already activated according to Steam) or NODATAFOUND (indiegala system not showing a key upon revealing):

i do search this thread (https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/Dgscb/a-list-of-games-whose-unredeemed-keys-were-revoked/search?q=danger) and the Archive (https://www.steamgifts.com/archive/search?q=danger) before creating "risky" GAs. Archive search is really useful
