I think their servers are just not able to handle the traffic. I got the newsletter confirmation after about an hour but it took ~ another 2 until I got the voucher.

+1 Actually I'm surprised their servers can't handle the traffic. They are afterall partnered with Gamestar the biggest german PC gaming magazine and online portal. But for them they only supply monthly freebies for premium-members. I guess free is a whole different story.

Yes Deponia Steam Version. When I used it still showed a price but on the right side below the price it deducted the voucher and the total was 0€.

Site currently states their email provider is overwhelmed due to high levels of traffic and there will be delays in sending out emails. Everyone who signed up and were one of the first 40,000 will get their coupon. Those 40k will have the coupon by roughly noon tomorrow.
