Giveawya won by a ban member

Hello,

A week ago i had made a giveaway and when i had tried to contact the winner , via e-mail, the e-mail isn't active anymore and when i had looked to his steam profile i saw
"Currently Offline
Last Online 19 days ago
2 VAC ban(s) on record | The Valve Anti-Cheat System (VAC)
572 day(s) since last ban"
When i will be able to send his gift.

A week passed already, just contact support and ask for a reroll.

Doesn't matter if he's VAC banned (unless you have a requirement in your giveaway to be clean account), and the 'Last Online' thing is actually not always working as intended. Whenever I travel I play Steam in Offline mode, and since I'm never actually online it counts as Offline Days.

But in SGifts you have no need to worry about all this. Wait 1 week, if no reply, reroll.
Most users will contact the winner during this period as a curtsey (but it's not mandatory).

All the time when i travel i stay online. I will wait 1 month and after that i will make a support .

Don't wait a month. If the winner doesn't respond, reroll. No response often means they don't actually want the game.

sent a reroll ticket with a screenshot of the email or some kind of proof that shows you tried to contact him a week ago+.
being vac banned is irrelevant.
