Just like Red Orchestra, the name has historical references - I think it's well picked (unless you are more in the music and you were expecting some sort of opera simulator).
Beside that, you can see a lot of flowers in WotR: for example in Conquest game mode, when an objective is captured, the flowers on the ground change colour according to the owner team. :P

Actually Final Fantasy was supposed to be the last game from Square - they were on the brink of bankruptcy when they made that game and it was supposed to be their last game before closing the company. Ironically it sold so good, that we got a lot lot more of it ;-).

Dune 2
first time i heard about it from friends, i thought what a stupid game title, the game must be stupid and boring too. but then later that week i went to a nearby game shop, looked at the game cover (i think it was a troop in front of the energy building) and i was sold.
mind you, i was a little kid that time, so i didnt know about "dune" the novel or film.

I was discussing it other day with some friends, there are games that call your attention with their names but they are completely misleading.
e.g. I expected "Retrovirus" to be something about infection, epidemy and drug treatment, I expected "Natural Selection" to be some sort of improvement over Spore, I expected "Epigenesis" to be something marvelous since I can't even imagine a game about epigenesis, but what I really saw was... shooter, shooter, shooter! Also "Darwinia" is a RTS that, well, has actually nothing to do with Darwin...
What game names do you people think are totally misleading, have cool words but say nothing about the actual gameplay?
