Reroll waiting time?

Due to the large number of support tickets and reports we receive, we encourage users to be patient when waiting for help. It's not necessary to bump tickets, and if your ticket is pending, it's in the queue to be reviewed by a support member.

This was added to the guidelines a while ago due to people bumping their tickets often, thus taking them back to the start of the queue. Unless someone sees the ticket by accident after the bump, bumping a ticket only means it will be checked later.
