The first 25$ of bundle games are counted as non-bundle. Value above that is only added to a maximum of 20% of your non-bundle contribution.
That means you can only reach a contribution of 30$ with bundle games alone (25$ + (20%*25$)).
Formula:
adjusted_bundle_value = bundle_value - Min( bundle_value , 25$ )
adjusted_nonbundle_value = nonbundle_value + Min( bundle_value , 25$ )
contribution = adjusted_nonbundle_value + Min( adjusted_bundle_value , adjusted_nonbundle_value * 20% )

To be fair, when you activate The Ship you get 2 more copies for free. It's not an exploit to gift these.

Me and my friend have made The Ship Collection giveaway, both 2 copies. When our 1st winners confirmed we both got 20 contribution. When our second winners confirmed, I got 15 and my friend got 10 contribution. Why?
