And I see one reason why. Not part of the certain groups needed.

Only 1 of the listed 3 have a group, the other two were public GA's.
And to be exact it gave 9 GA's for it in the last 2 weeks, 5 of them public, only 1 higher then your and my level. So normaly 4 that you had the chance to enter, if seen early enough.
