July 9 it gets singleplayer offline mode. You can transfer your online char to offline, but not vice versa.
I find it funny they had to mention that "It's important to understand that any social / online functionality, like emoting or pinging other players will not be available in this mode."., because someone is gonna play offline mode and complain he's not seeing any players. Always that one person.

hah, i wasted all my alienware arena points on it a few months ago. i expected it to go free to play after a few years, but did not expect that one can get it so soon for free. it has some nice puzzles, recommended.

massively online multiplayer games usually go ftp at some point to attract users. of course makes sense only if it has ingame spending options, i don't know if this has, i could play without encountering any.

Any game made by BHVR or published by them will probably go free eventually. Looks like they were pushing this one into being a multiplayer game, even though they easily could've made it offline on launch. Basically anything BHVR touches dies besides Dead by Daylight. They're really desperate to have a new successful multiplayer game

I played the alpha for this before it went live, honestly it wasn't that bad but very repetitive., maybe they've added more puzzle variation since. Either way I grabbed it.
My guess is they're trying to boost player numbers by going only 1 day free. I can understand as probably many players play a few hours and quit, and likely never finish all 10000 puzzles. Nice concept just needs more puzzles to make each new one different in some way.

The biggest problem I have with the game (its a great puzzle game, dont get me wrong), is that some puzzles respawn, so you NEVER can 100% it or have a real feeling of completion. That coupled with the fact there is no ending make push it more into the MMO corner but the majority of puzzle fans are not so happy about things like that.

It's a mess, solved puzzles should remain solved. If they respawn daily or whatever, they should be placed on a specific region of the island, not mixed with the other puzzles.

I have that with every "Limited Free Promotional Package" on https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/. Only stuff that is always free can be directly removed from there.
