I am having steam issues:( hopefully a reinstall will fix it. it will not connect:(

wohooo! I deleted the files not needed for the games, it update. I had to authenticate my pc but it works! wohooo

You shouldn't lose anything from reinstalling. You'll still have all your games and won't need to redownload any games.
