you can ask for a re-roll that on GA page, but it is up to the GA creator if they are going to open up the support ticket to do so. Don't use the key for now, and wait to see if the creator responds to your request.

You shouldn't ignore it, you need to ask for a reroll.

Comment on the giveaway that you no longer want the game, and would like a reroll.
Staff will need this before they'll agree to a reroll.
Make sure to leave the giveaway feedback unmarked, or as Not Received.
So long as you don't use the key, and don't mark Received, you won't get into any trouble.

That said, it's a developer giveaway for a F2P game that's being spammed everywhere.
It's unlikely that they'll bother to go through with the reroll, so expect that you'll need to mark Not Received.

so is there some sort of official statement that you should mark the gift as not received when you decline the gift, request a re-roll but the creator never re-rolls it for you?

Yes, staff members have recently posted that Not Received is acceptable.
I've personally favored (unmarked) for accuracy, but recently I've come to appreciate the benefits of removing the alert notifications, as well.

Making sure to leave a comment in the GA explaining the situation is presumably still an important step, however.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to find the source comments I mentioned, though I reference them here, so they were made before September 30th.

Unfortunately, as always, SG rules end up being a rather unnecessarily estoeric affair. :X

so that's why i got a not received while im waiting on admin to remove their entry.. cause a mod or staff member gave permission for impatient people to improperly mark games =(

why i bother talking to you idk, you never reply to me anyways, that stick up your ass wouldnt dare allow that.

marking it "Not Received" when it is received, is still "Misuse of Giveaway Feedback". they could get in trouble for that, though shouldn't considering its free and should be removed anyways.

With 10000 keys usually it's going to be alot harder to get a reroll, and you don't know what you enter?

Probably because of the 20 tickets/day limit? I wonder if developer role users have this limit too.

I do not use a script. Now I checked the last 5 entries pages, all from wishlist except this 2
https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/WbZIr/era-of-majesty
https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/jpy5Y/heavy-metal-machines
Don't remember when/why/for I could enter in them.

pretty shure because this dev GAs are advertised on top of the wishlist page.
maybe you just clicked "join" without thinking

since it's a mass GA you should ask for a reroll, 18k entries and 10k keys give a lot of room for that. shouldn't be a problem.
