Happy birthday! Look at it this way, you didn't get Call of Cthulhu after all, but you got a free $5 from HB to spend on something else... hope that your choice brings you additional hours of happiness :)

Did someone get the game already revoked from the steam library?

I figured I would put my 2 cents in. I really try to look at things from all sides if possible.
Does it suck for the customers who bought the game? Hell yeah. I would feel like I just got robbed and would want them to honor the price they sold it to me for. If this were a store/supermarket, say Walmart and the price was wrong often times they honor it and give you it for the price it's listed at. This actually happens a lot of stores. After one or two sales they would realize it and change the price back to what it's suppose to be. Unfortunately when it comes to something like this it's a whole different scenario. If this were just a few games sold HB would of let it ride and just sucked it up and took the loss and fixed the price. Unfortunately SG and other sites bought this up and masses saw this and hundreds of copies were sold at a loss of around $35 per copy. Let's say only 100 copies were sold.. that's around a $3,500 loss, which is huge. I believe it was much, much worse than that. While I would be pissed I also know that they just can't take a massive hit like that and I know they need to revoke the keys. I may not like it but I'd accept it. Yeah I lost a game I really wanted at a great price but I just got $5 for free which was about half the money I spent on Call of Cthulhu.
On a side note I would think that there's a good chance that the person who made the mistake may not be with the company anymore.

It's because of "digital" .
By accepting this form of purchase/"ownership" we have relinquished a huge chunk of our customer power which is now ,sadly, in their hands.
If it was a physical copy there would be jack all they could do about it.

Yes they are handled differently.
On a side note even when you "purchase" a game from Steam or HB you don't actually own it, you pretty much are just renting a license to play it.

If you haven't gotten your refund and it's been over 72 hours you are suppose to submit a ticket to support.

75% not a month after release? Too good to be true.
