no Steam love for this one, a problem with the rights on a single music track I believe. Not everything is lost, since KotOR who suffered the same problem did finally get a Steam release.

the stories link together. the missing game(contracts) was pretty much the remake of the first game, so you wouldn't miss anything else(aside from contracts' remade missions) if you bought the bundle

This is the sub for the pack, region-free. As for purchasing from abroad, I know a lot of Americans bought the Elder Scrolls Pack from Game with no problems so I don't see why it would be any different for this. Can't comment for any other countries.
