Question about some keys I have to give away

I have some keys to give away and I'm not sure if I'm able to do that here.
These are giveaways from nVidia GeForce for buying GTX cards. You have to get the Steam code through the GeForce site here and here by entering your name, email, ETC... Then they email you the Steam key.
Can I give these type of keys away on SG? If so I'll have: Call of Duty: Ghosts & Daylight to give away. I also have a Assassin’s Creed: IV Black Flag around here somewhere as well, but I just realized that's through Uplay so never mind on that one I guess.

Cool. Hope your right. I don't want to get in trouble for doing it all wrong. Now I've got to read on how to enter them. Thanks

Yeah, I just bought an Origin PC! GENESIS back in January got it in March, plus I bought a couple GTX 660's for my old system as well. So I got two games with the 660's and a bunch from Origin PC!. Unfortunately I had already bought a few of the games right before I got the free game cards with the codes. Oh well. So I'll have to tear my desk apart to look for the others I got as well if I truly can enter those towards a drawing. Hoping they send me another Watchdogs.
Until then, nVidia is giving away some copies of Watchdogs here.

Can you provide the answer for question 1? Im at work and i have no speakers. I was expecting something like a blog note or something :S
