It happened many many years ago when i was young...there was this guy who told me he would exchange his Gameboy Advance for my Gameboy color and that it was better, i was stupid and accepted and i even had to pay him some little money, that Gameboy color worked perfectly and i f***ing exchanged it for a Gameboy advance that stopped working after three days...I never saw that guy again...and sometimes when i remember, i cry...i regret it...my little gameboy...my childhood...shiet

Should have gone all "But my gameboy is my best fweend!!" and not sold it lol. This is the reason I refuse to sell my cracked screen PSP even though I never use it anymore and could probably get a buck or two off it :P

Actually that was a good trade:The Gameboy Advance IS better than the Gameboy Color.

[EDIT]OK,bad wording:"Would have been" is better fitting than "was"

But a busted one?

That would be a good trade if both work correctly, but the advance one didn't so that's the problem.

But at least my gameboy advance works after all these years ^_^

What model is it? If a SP, it might require a new battery. Mine had a busted battery, would work for about an hour, then die again and not work for a month. Replaced it with a DS original battery, worked great.

That's okay, you didn't know that the gameboy advance would break. It was just bad luck as some would say.

I love my PSP. It was one of the most versatile handhelds in its time. No smartphone can top it because they lack physical buttons.

Still got my Gameboy Color somewhere, had only two games for it though, Micro Machines and Robocop. Still provided me with dozens of hours of fun.

I once gave my 500$ smartphone to some random stranger to make a call. He ran away and i never saw him again. :|
NEVER AGAIN!!!
Edit: Actually after a quick conversion i found out that it was actually worth more than 600$

When I was 15, a stranger (around at his 30s) asked me to see the phone I had (Nokia N95, my dad's phone, which he bought for 700 Euros before the launch date). Since I was pretty innocent, I gave it to him, and then he was saying that he wanted to show it to his brother... He even went (and of course I followed) to a house and pressed the ringy-thing and spoke to himself pretending he was asking from his mother where his brother was. After I realized what he was trying to do, I got angry and I shouted at him saying to give him my phone back to live, he was begging me saying his brother would come in a while to see it. So since I didn't want this stupid thing to continue, I punched and kicked him so hard he fell on the ground and he broke more than the phone did (the phone didn't broke at all actually, but he did for use). He probably saw me as a little spoiled kid, but he underestimated the fact that I could actually be a wild animal when it comes to fighting. Then the police came (someone probably called them, and they were pretty close too, thankfully) and they got that bastard in the jail, I think.

try guessing whats wrong with the gba, open it up, change some pieces, mod it a little bit, repair it, make it your own gba, and then you will have a unique piece of gaming history. if you ever see that guy again, then you can rub the gba in his face and show it what he missed.
