His point is that SmokingGas is complaining within an hour that the winner "already received" the game even though he did not personally see him get the gift. As others have mentioned, the winner is most likely not even around to see that he has won a game on here, much less to check his email.

I always remind the winner to click Received for me because if you don't it seems sometimes they take their sweet time doing it.

Neither. The winner (and giveaway creator) must both mark the appropriate radio. If they don't, then nothing happens.

Yes people that don't click gift received are very boring. In general it's people who win for the first time.
I think I will do only contiubution giveaway now to avoid must of these people to win.
