I'm waiting for sunrise right now actually.

I'm usually in my coffin by then.

i dont really have a good view of the sunset or sunrise at my house, because trees. but i DO have a lot of wild animals running around my neighborhood (i live across the road from a creek). lots of different birds and squirrels, raccoons and possums, barred owls and red-shouldered hawks, and the occasional turtle. once found a two-foot-long coral snake in my backyard, that was an experience.

its always fun and relaxing to just sit and watch the animals do their things. so i dont mind not getting to watch the sunrise or sunset, not with all these critters around. its a good trade-off.

I don't really care about watching the sun rise or set =x
Even if I did watch, it's not in my (immediate) memory.

A few hours ago I watched a nice sunset. It was a good thing and made me happy.

I've never watched a sunrise/sunset :(.

I watched the sunset on new years, 60ft underwater off the coast of Hawaii scuba diving. I almost cried in my mask during that beautiful experience

Completely and without distraction? Never. I have watched them to my satisfaction before but it's been a long time. I've been to depressed or the weather has been to bad for me to hang outside, but I should go to the creek by my house soon.

I get to see the sunset every day on my way home from work! I love the winter.

Well 2 days ago i went to a little place in Alta Gracia, called "House of the Viceroy" the backyard of that house is awesome is literally in the middle of the city but you can not hear one sound aside from nature itself... maybe i didnt watched something beatiful, but i felt it

But I have a hobby of trying to find constellations, this city isn't too bright so you can find a couple every now and then ^^

If I want to see something natural and beautiful, I look at my kids.

I believe it was 2012, close to the end of the year (sometime in December). I was camping in the Appalachian Mountains with my camp set up about half a mile from this gorgeous view of a valley. I sat there with a warm cup of something (might have been tea) as the sun came up. It was really beautiful yet cold. I wish I could do that again.

Fairly often actually. I have issues with severe insomnia and some other sleep issues. So it isnt that uncommon for me to be up for a sunrise. I usually go have my breakfast on the porch and watch it rise if Im still up. As far as sunset, that ones a bit less common. Usually that gets watched if Im out fishing, camping, or hiking which is more of a summer thing for me.

What do people prefer though Sunrise or Sunset?
