Could be handy. Quite often the inclusion of full-blown / fully depicted sexual content tends to signify the rest of the game will be sub-par.
Though some visual novels with great stories can tend to have sexy times stapled on arbitrarily too.
(Looking at you, Saya No Uta, amazing if linear story that you are!)
Then you have games like Huniepop which hits all the addictive notes of match-games along with that escalatingly brutal difficulty curve. Or Max Gentlemans Sexy Business which is admittedly a pretty standard clicker game at its core, but the humour made it worth sticking to. Both of which at least have toggles to dodge the uh... squishy bits.
I've heard good things about Subverse too.
Best game with full adult content I've played definitely has to go to Baldr Sky though.
Visual novel with customisable mech combat segments. Capable of slapping you right in the feels, though the 'routes' need to be played sequentially, each time as an unlockable juction/deviation from the last playthrough. Actually ended up playing more for the combat and wanting to grind some unlocks to further experiment with new combos.
So yeah, scouting the lewds, doing gods work and all that!

Its definitely a long play. I loved it but fell off two routes from the 'true ending' I believe.
That said, you can fast-forward a fair chunk of it, as each route has a portion that is identical to the previous one, up until a point where you diverge. Though technically "Baldr Sky" is one game, it's actually its first and second releases pulled together, kind of like a season 1 & season 2, so you can play through to the finale. Complete with a change in start-up intro video when you're halfway through the routes like a switch in season OP, haha.
Definitely worth grabbing when on sale. I went with the GOG release, but then had to scout the steam forums for the uhhhh... adult unlock patch.

I'm curious about one thing in particular, I was reading your criteria in the tier system you're using to rank the reviewed games and there's plenty of mentions of gameplay and NSFW content but not much about story (to the point that the word story is nowhere to be found). And I'm one of those guys that can actually find non-live action porn to be pretty unappealing if it's all action and no plot so I was a bit concerned but then I checked a couple of the actual reviews, not the short ones but the full length ones after clicking through, and noticed that there is a dedicated section about storyline. So why not make it a bit more clear that this is actually a factor taken into consideration?
Other than that this looks like a pretty useful thing so I joined & followed. (although I must admit that the prospect of lewd giveaways did catch my attention at first :P)

I wonder how many of the reviewed games I will be able to buy, since I'm from Germany. "Adult Only" is banned here, since Steam doesn't implement a proper age check.
Although the Sakura series of games is (mostly) available, since they only get adult only with the patch, so the base game is fine.

"Voice acting doesn’t match all of the characters so it feels jarring at some points. I found myself wondering if they were using a transgender woman for one character in particular - which would be fine if there wasn't an exceedingly masculine voice profile assigned to a v/feminine looking character."

Why would I blacklist you for that? I think we are all adults, and we can have adult conversations. Thus, I've considered what you said and it does sound insensitive. However, we all preferences, thus I've updated it to reflect the general complaint I have with the game:
"Voice acting doesn’t match all of the characters so it feels jarring at some points, especially if you are a heterosexual male."
Keep in mind that Fresh Women isn't a futanari game. I think it's appropriate to feel uncomfortable with choices they've made & state this in my review (in a professional way, which I've amended).
