Just from the looks it seems cheap, but it could be a solid controller after all. I bought a cheap PS3 controller once and it was damn good, but still double the price of what you're looking to buy. Have you been to a local electronics store and looked for a third-party controller? They're not 7,- €, probably 15,- € minimum, but often times as good as the original.
Edit: Same website, different controller, but looks way better for just 3,- € more. http://www.gearbest.com/video-game/pp_263961.html

As others have said, it won't work on a pc. Even if it did, I do recommend paying a bit more then that, even if it is only for a couple of games. Gamepads that cheap will likely break in no time. You're better off paying 20 bucks or so, since it will last way longer and be of better quality.
EDIT: Saw the updated link. XBOX 360 controllers are great, but I've never seen one for that price before...

Looks like those 2 are both the same product https://www.amazon.com/Generic-Gamepad-Controller-Joystick-Windows/dp/B00H3VJYD8/ref=sr_1_26?ie=UTF8&qid=1478988333&sr=8-26&keywords=gamepad+pc
and the amazon has some really scary reviews

I got one from eBay cheap that looked identical (can post pictures if you want). Initially it was mostly fine, although the d-pad never actually registered diagonal directions - I gave it to my flatmate to use when playing Skullgirls as it meant he couldn't do the special moves. After a few hundred hours gaming it started to develop more serious problems such as the thumbstick always dragging to the left and down. It then started randomly crashing my PC when plugged in, and has now failed completely.

To be fair - we probably got 7 euro of value out of it, but in the long run you are probably better off spending just a little more...

I haven't bought from Gearbest but looking at your link I'm convinced the controller I have here from eBay is identical - a few of the features were pretty distinctive.

Trust me, I am speaking from experience: even the cheaper Logitech controllers will "feel cheap" and play rather bad (imprecise stick, sticky D-pad, clicky and hard shoulder buttons… had three of those under 40€ and they were all pretty bad after a short while). The latest one was only usable for one game in the end, I played Final Fantasy VIII with it, because it didn't need any of the analogue sticks and the input lag on the buttons wasn't important in its quasi turn-based system.

I'll stick with my Logitech F310. Works with every game I have without external programs like XPadder and it's Windows 10 compatible.
And, unlike any of those XBox type gamepads, it's actually one big thing- COMFORTABLE to hold.
