As the rules say, you can't trade or sell your won games. But who is there to watch for it? I mean, the gifts are tradeable and is the buyer really going to check from here has he won the game or not? I'm not going to sell my won games but is the rule here just for people who respect the rules?

(no giveaway, sorry)

Everyone's watching everyone. Gifters. Forum posters. Mods. Even cg, with his all-seeing eye.

If someone seems suspicious to me I'll personally look through their games to see if they actually have the games they've won

Normally they make stupid posts or make replies like the assholes they are, people go to their profiles and bust them.

One of the easiest and most fun ways to find them.

Theorically (is that a word ? if not, forgive me for bad engrishing), someone who regifts or doesn't activate his wins loses his right to get anything from that point. I mean , if after that, that person wins and the gifter checks his profile, that latter can ask for a reroll.

But there are admins around. There are vigilante around, and may be jealous people who make sure the winner activates the game. And also there are plenty of alert GA makers who check the winners' profile to make sure they activated all their previously won games, before they pass the game to the winners. So it's pretty hard for you to escape detection, unless you aren't afraid of being suspended/perma-banned.

I'm watching you.

Joking aside, I usually check if a winner of my giveaway has activated his recently won games.

People notice, and make reports. Especially if you're fairly active on the forums, or whenever you win a giveaway, gifters sometimes check. Etc.

There are people who do check, especially if someone won their giveaway, and it only takes one report (not sure how much priority it's given). Not really worth the risk to not activate it.

Diligent gifters check their winners before delivering gifts.

Diligent forum users check out the new faces that start posting.

Mods check the won page of just about every user's profile we visit and have an auto-checking script created and updated by a saintly user.
