We buy the game with our steam account in steam store and send it as gift to your account, then we log with your account and add the gift to library.
Why I can’t add it to library myself?
Because we buy the game in steam store of our region, your steam account have to be logged in our region to add the gift to library, if the account is logged in your region, the gift can’t be added to the library. After we add the gift to library, you can download and play the game in your region.
Is my account safe?
Yes, you account is safe, we use the wallet of our steam account to buy the game, we don’t use credit card to buy it.
Will you take the items on my steam account?
No, we don’t take any items on your steam account. If the steam guard is active, all trade of items need email verification, if the steam guard is inactive, trade of items is no longer possible, steam don’t allow to trade items in this situation. Steam protect your account carefully, after we log with your account, we can only send gift to this account and activate the game, we can’t do anything else.
Will you use the wallet and payment method of my steam account?
No, we don’t use anything of your account, if you worry about it, you can go to “Account Details” to delete payment on your account.

Steam key is probably region restricted and they're going to activate it with a VPN, which is against Steam ToS and might lead to your account being permanently suspended.
Don't do any of that, take a refund and report the seller if he offered you ROW key. If you decide to agree on their terms - don't say that nobody warned you.

We log with your account and activate game. We promise that, we don’t take or use anything of your account. If you worry about items on your account, you can let steam guard on, when it is on, we can’t transfer anything of your account.
You make a new steam account and we activate the game on it. We can also make a new steam account, then we send account name, password and email to you, you can change all data and it’s belong to you in the future.
