I use AStats as well. It's simple and provides a nice overview.

Granted, the game time tracking by itself is horribly inaccurate.

It's there. For example, on my profile -> http://raptr.com/majki93/about on the right side, you've got informations like hours played and achievements. You can click on it and then you will have a list of games and after that, you can click on number of achievements x of x. There it is ;)

No idea why tracking stalled on your account, but I've kickstarted it and your profile seems to be tracking correctly. If you have any problems just send me a message (radMonkey).

playfire can suck my balls. this site has never work correctly for me. its getting little better, but its still pointless for achievement statistic. And i never got my f**** money from this new GMG and Playfire system.
If u wanna good achievemnt stat site, use astats.nl or metagamerscore.com

You got a ticket number I can look at for the rewards not going through? Yeah, it's been a bumpy beta :S but definitely getting there. We're working on a new site design that should provide some more cool stats, but I totally agree, gotta love astats.nl.

Let me know if you've got any suggestions.

Playfire is horrible. Support is worse than Steam support and it has no retroactive tracking. You'll have to download and fire up every single one of your games if you want them tracked. You're better off using steam's tracking instead if that's your only reason.

If you're in for the money from achievements, it still sucks unless you buy from new releases as soon as they come out or get lucky enough that they don't try to get your money and actually use a game that hasn't just come out.

Hey mate, not sure what's going on with the tracking on your account, you shouldn't have to launch games. I took a quick look, it seems your library on Playfire is up to date, just not the achievement account for every game? Otherwise your gaming activity seems to be on point. Let me know.

We changed our rewards about 4-6 weeks ago to make sure new releases always had some rewards, even games GMG doesn't sell. For South Park, Thief, Castlevania, Strider and a few other games, we offered rewards for every achievement. We're still in beta and experimenting a lot though, but the reason we choose new games is reward early adopters, rather than punish them by having rewards later that means they missed out, but we mix older games in there too. It's a financial thing that we need to balance out -we can't just give out free credit willy-nilly, you get me? Always up for suggestions though. :)

Oh and another thing, let me know what your support ticket was and I'll look into it - make sure we learn from any mistakes that were made.
