2 Giveaways Posted Instead Of 1

I Opened A Giveaway With 1 Copy Of A Game And When I Go To View Created Giveaways It Says i Have Made 2 Giveaways Of The Same Game With The Same Description And Everything. I Don't Have Another Copy Of The Game. Thanks

I accidentally created a giveaway, or the gift is no longer available, how do I delete my giveaway?

  • When viewing your giveaway, you'll see a button with the name Delete Giveaway in the left column. Clicking this button will let you specify a reason for the deletion, and it'll walk you through the process of creating a support ticket. If the giveaway is still open, the ticket will be automatically approved and the giveaway removed. If the giveaway has already ended, then the ticket will need to be approved by a member of support.

That is correct. But the member will still be able to earn another GA slot after 3 successful giveaways.

Possibly, if the OP made a ticket, they would give him another slot. However, due to the fact support is overworked and losing one slot isn't really a big deal, it simply wouldn't be worth bothering them and waiting weeks for a reply.

I wish that in cases like this (because that happened for my very first giveaway) you could just merge them, and anyone who entered both got refunded their points.
