I kinda need a little help deciding

KOTOR 1&2

KotoR is the clear winner here. Visually it has aged very poorly. If you can get past that, though, you'll see the absolute gem that is KotoR. It's the primary reason I fell in love with Star Wars. It's an incredibly deep game where you can really immerse yourself in the world with ease. If you've ever heard of people singing praises for Mass Effect or other similar series, this game is where all of those got their start. An absolute must for any gamer.

Edit: Also HIGHLY recommend Mass Effect, currently on sale for $5. Find the controller mod if you want, and DEFINITELY add MEUITM.

The first KotoR game is a lot of fun and runs on almost anything. The second KotoR game is ok, i like the story and the combat, but i've encountered lots of annoying bugs in my playthroughs.

Knights of Pen & Paper +1 is grindy and repetitive as hell, so only go for this option if you don't mind doing the same stuff over and over again. That said, i was able to have fun while playing it and it has a lot of nerdy humor. :3

KotoR is great and you will have lots of fun, so I would go for it.

KOTOR 1 would be my recommendation. Played it sometime ago and it was a very fun experience.

I'm not very fond of most of those games but if I had to pick KoToR is a clear winner. However I still feel there's better choices.
Mass Effect that I saw suggested above is an amazing game if you can live with a slightly annoying ending of the trilogy and well, it's a trilogy so even though you can play just the first I highly recommend waiting till you can get your hands on all 3.

My recommendation is Recettear instead. It might look average but it's a HIGHLY addictive game.
