Dude, your giveaway only finished 6 hours ago (and they are offline for 4), and the winner has 7 days to claim it, take a chill pill.
Also, in the future if you want to get someone's attention, it's better to comment on one of their public giveaways - it will still give them a notification, without bumping a 4 year old topic.

I almost did that last week on a win, I didn't recognize the account and hadn't opened SteamGifts so I didn't know I had a win.
By the way, it's better to comment on a giveaway rather than a discussion as it bumps the discussion on the front page.

For the first time, I think a suspension necroing a thread is justified. This is way beyond any reasonable boundaries.
