2 weeks is a bit long, they are usually faster than that. If you have a twitter account, you can tweet your case number to the support's account (@humblesupport) as they state on their page.

Is it possible to buy a bundle twice? Tried and they canceled my purchase saying they received too many purchase requests. Seriously? I bought a bundle like 2 weeks ago and wanted to buy it again today to gift it. WTF?
