Humble Bundle Support

2 weeks is a bit long, they are usually faster than that. If you have a twitter account, you can tweet your case number to the support's account (@humblesupport) as they state on their page.

I had a question about a coupon with a expire date 10 days after i submitted the ticket. They answered 2 weeks after the coupon expired so i gave them a thumbs down.

The last time I needed them it took them 2 days. I guess it also might depend on how many people submit tickets, what it is about etc.

It took a few weeks for me but they messaged me that it would take longer.

first time was week+, since than couple days max

Had to contact them twice. They did not even respond to my first one, and it managed to take them nearly 2 weeks the second time.

They responded me in 5 days. Don't expect much though. Their support is slow and insufficient like most of the organizations.

Is it possible to buy a bundle twice? Tried and they canceled my purchase saying they received too many purchase requests. Seriously? I bought a bundle like 2 weeks ago and wanted to buy it again today to gift it. WTF?
