Happy birthday! I feel like this is a challenge ... maybe we should start a leaderboard somewhere that lists users, and the percentage of wins with ≥ 1 achievement, ≥25% achievements, and 100% achievements.
I'm not interested in the GAs, but I am still working on improving my numbers (which I think are pretty good even if there are still several games that need more time from me ≥25% complete: 78.4% (80/102)

Am I getting the wrong data? It shows that you don't even have any >1 achievement. Reply me if I've got it wrong.
The whole WL thing was for people actually playing game through the halfway. You have to pump up those numbers man. :P

But none of those games are that you won on Steamgifts.
You won 98 games on SG with 55 having achievements. Out of those 55 games you haven't even achieved 1 achievement.

I can understand you. I too have some games that I haven't played because I haven't played the earlier ones like... Tales from Borderlands(Haven't played any Borderlands game, though they are different games), Deus Ex: Human Revolution. But that didn't stop me from playing other won games.
The thing is I like to give games to members who play their games and deserve it, so the WL thing. By looking your stats I cant assure that you might be playing the game at all. I mean come on you haven't even played 1 game that you won on SG out of 55 games.
+1 in library is a thing after all its a game giveaway site. But for me I always enter for games that I will play for sure. I still have more than 30 games in wish-list filter that I haven't entered yet and have full 300 points to spend over. I won't probably play those games anytime soon so I like to give better chance to others.
Its nice that you already had experience with demos of the game. But I don't think most demos would cover overall story of the game, you might have to continue playing the game.
I am sorry but I don't think I will be giving you a chance.

If you don't want to link it for security reasons you could:
When i wanted a debit card to buy stuff from the internet, I created another account, to which i linked it.
I only funnel small amounts to that account and even if any data is stolen, the actual monetary damage should be small,
since the leak will be on the minor account, holding amounts of less than 50 - 30 euros.

I actually have problems linking a card to paypal to use it. Adding balance to paypal account without having any card to link to it is the main issue. None of the cards from my country even visa and mastercard are accepted by paypal.
That was the reason I tried to order Payoneer mastercard, but they haven't delivered it yet. Almost 6 months have past.

PayPal does support Nepal, but they don't support its currency. I have gone through those post. They are correct.. both parties.
How can I say that? Because it was my friend who first recommended me Payoneer about 2 years ago; he had already applied for payoneer about a month when he recommended me. I was the one that got the card before him when he still hasn't received it. Due to some circumstances I lent my card to one of my other friend with all the information even security questions, but he betrayed me. So I have been trying to get that card. I guess Karma is a Bitch in their(Payonner) perspective :P

Wow, not as simple as one would think.
But i can see 2 schools of thought here:
a) The first would be to patiently wait for the Payoneer card / reorder with courier so that you get it on time, since Karma owes you.
b) Disregard any morals you may have, find that dude, and after you get your card back make certain he can't but pray for his recovery :P
To be honest, i fear you are left with little choice regarding the matter.
Good luck on that and I hope you receive your card soon, post office can be a pain in Greece as well.
Still, don't stop trying, the fact that you were able once makes it certain you will again, if you keep trying :)

I know its not totally perfect but when I saw LastM's thread people were using SAM to pass that rule, I thought of why not make it 25% so that no matter how harsh it can get or I could get blacklisted... at least I could get a winner that would play a game.. that sounded satisfactory to me or people still running SAM for longer time hoping they would get caught and get a VAC ban.
And I know there are some issues too.. with this thing.. like person winning almost 500 or 1000 but only playing 1 game could pass this, they could achieve almost 100% just by playing only 1 game. We have to consider this issue as well so that the deserving one wouldn't get punished.
I've till now added 7 persons to WL and with you it would be 8th. Though it sounds extremely low I am completely satisfied with it.

I have my birthday on 28th of June. So sharing something with you guys to celebrate it.
I was hoping for a bit bigger celebration than this, to mark my B'Day and 1st CakeDay which happens to be exactly 1 month later on 28th July (I guess there will be next celebration on CakeDay too.. yaaaaayyyyy). I was planning to run month long GAs starting from 28th June and ended on 28th July. But due to latest change in Steam's gifting policies, my plan failed.
I can't hold gifts in my inventory to give out later. And another thing I don't know if the winner can accept the gift from me or not. Steam hasn't properly defined which region my country falls under so I can't directly choose the region restrictions for each GA.
Lets hope this small celebration doesn't become a pain-in-the-ass.
So there are two categories of GA, including 5 games in total. Each game has level 2+ restriction sorry for others can't make everyone happy it was the minimum I could do. Three GA are invite only and 2 are whitelist only.
I will temporarily add members to whitelist. For this I borrowed the concept of LastM's recent threads but with a bit more strict rules. Comment in this thread with your playtime and achievement stats using kelnage's Do You Even Play, Bro? Script. The rules are following
I know it might be harsh, because achievment are not everything, but this is the most effective matrix for checking if the winner plays the game or not. And If you do not meet this criteria, GA are not that awesome. They are from 2008 and 2009 Left 4 Dead series.

And before entering in any GA, I am not sure the winner can accept the gift or not so you have to agree on the following clause:
If the winner is not able to accept the gift you agree on allowing the GA creator to re-roll you or delete this GA
And finally some questions I want to make a PayPal account, so I can buy from humblebundles or bundlestars but it requires a bank account. I have heard about Payoneer which offers a debit mastercard which I can link to Paypal and use it. i have tried to order it, but still haven't received it till now while they say it has already been shipped.
I am looking for an alternative methods for transactions mainly for game purchases. I have tried tremorgames but it is useless to be because I can't earn enough coins to purchase games. The task to earn points/coin are limited and almost nonexistent because of my country.
Few days ago I tried pointprizes but I am skeptical about that site.
