I was looking through unlocked phones in Amazon; and I found the Blu Life One for $99 on the pre-order and $150 afterwards. I need a decent phone.

But this phone was WAY to good for even $150; here are the specs; the issue is, stuff just dosen't add up. It has Gorilla Glass 3, a 13 MP camera; and it was a Qualcomm processor and Adreno graphics card, seeing a legit processor rather than a shitty unknown processor it rare for such a cheap phone. On top of that it was a 720p screen.

I might pre-order it, but stuff just doesn't add up; any thoughts?

BLU has been making smart phones for a while. I have a friend with one, they said it was a bit slow. Just need to make sure its unlocked. They are mostly clones from other phones. Maybe finding one using snapdragon might be a better choice, Faster processor.

I agree. Although, the one that Angrygamer mentioned does use a Snapdragon. Specifically, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410.

Yes; that is the thing. All the other BLU phones use a Allwinner processor and Mali GPU (pretty much rock bottom shitty processing); but this has a Snapdragon 400 and an Adreno 305.

Ok. The link you provided took me to a page that listed the Snapdragon 410 and Adreno 306, which are admittedly a bit better than the 400 and 305. By how much I am not sure. I used to use a Nokia 635 that had a Snapdragon 400 running Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Cyan and then Windows 10 Technical Preview. It ran pretty smooth, albeit a bit sluggish at times (usually while loading webpages). I found this review by Android Authority on the Blu Life One. They are quite good when it comes to looking for Android phones. Hopefully, you find it helpful.

Blu phones are cheap because they are old tech. A Snapdragon 400 (or 410) is ancient by today's standards. New phones coming out are using Snapdragon 801 and 810.

It adds up just fine. Just bear in mind it's older technology and will lag a bit with some newer, heavier apps and games. But, I played around with a friend's Blu, and it was really nice for the price. Was even running Lollipop.
