Then I guess you can't.

It was given away for free, therefore you may not make a giveaway for it.

Well can't see why he can't just for no cv, if all the rest is allowed.
Certain other games too like Pressure and people not finding it in the list so they will choose other things, like Outlast too.

If it's free atm (I believe it at least was in DLH) you can't, games that are free atm are removed from the list, otherwise:
"If the game is not available in the giveaway list, please contact support to have the game added, instead of posting the giveaway under an incorrect name."
