Which staple food powers the better bundle poll options: potato, passata or avocado?
I'm assuming this 6$ coupon is past, but how did people get it? I'm seeing it everywhere and i'm clueless
Comment has been collapsed.
Every month, they first release a $8 coupon (after roughly 1 week from the bundle launch), then a $7 coupon (~2 weeks after bundle launch), then a $5 coupon (~3 weeks after launch). Long time subscribers don't get this coupon.

Not a great month for me personally. Only vaguely interested in the Nobody Saves the World game as I've heard positive things about it but I'm not sure if those kind of dungeon crawling games are my thing.
Tempted to get the Uplifting bundle instead if I get a bundle this month.

how exactly does skipping work? now that they stop sending me every coupon for just canceling
do i need to skip every month or does it have some auto skip i can set up? assume i can rejoin at any point after skipping to buy that month if i change my mind.
also im getting a warning saying i will lose my coupon that i already used in purchasing this month and the last
Warning! You will lose your active promotion
If you skip a month, the following promotion will be permanently removed from your membership: "$6 USD a month to sign up for Humble Choice for 2 months."

skip 1 month at a time, make sure to do it before autocharge date
Comment has been collapsed.
There's no automatic skipping, you'll have to pause every month. It automatically resumes next month after the bundle launches (so for example, if you skip December, it will automatically resume in January after the next bundle launches), and if you don't pause again or redeem that month you will get autocharged at the designated autocharge date (last Tuesday of the current month).
The benefit that you lose by pausing is the Humble store discount (from the 20% that the active subscribers have). However, you can get it back when you resubscribe and it increases as long as you keep your subscription active (see "Humble store discount" section in the OP).

Note that you can select "skip a month" at the start of every month to become eligible for the discount offers that they send out, then redeem those offers and still keep your "active subscriber" benefits.
Those benefits are only lost if you actually let a month skip completely.

i kept my active sub benefits well canceling every month, if you get the next month it comes back and stacks. never used them tho

when u pause, u can get randomly coupon, it lowers price to for example 5.5 euro for 2 months for novemeber and december
Comment has been collapsed.
The longer you stay subscribed, the less chances you have to get a discount.
If you pause for a few months, they start throwing coupons at you to come back.

But I wonder do they only give these coupons if you are a sub by monthly basis? like I always get the year in advancce (doing the deals where you can get a year for 99?) and I have never seen a coupon at all and last year I paused like every month for 6+ months?

Replying to sensualshakti:
That's not my experience at all, I must have paused 3 months in row, several times and I've been subscribed for years, but I never get a coupon these days. (just when I consider dropping the whole subscription, they throw in a great month...)
But on the other hand, your first sentence seems correct; they reward new customers instead of old ones (it seems in my biased mind), so there's no loyalty bonus for sticking around.

"they reward new customers instead of old ones (it seems in my biased mind), so there's no loyalty bonus for sticking around."
This is how I feel about it as well. Have been a member since the start of Humble Bundle Monthly in November 2015.
Even their Annual Deal that they have each year, I have to jump through hoops to "gift" it to myself...

Surprised to see The Pale Beyond in there. Collectively one of the better monthlies they've had in a while.

It's a nice mixture: some strategy, some rpg, some action and puzzle. A few wishlisted among them, good value for me.

So check them out? I had heard of half, not least Elex which was previously given in a bundle.

Will definitely be getting this one.
Interestingly though I didn't get an auto discount coupon for pausing 2 months in a row like used to normally happen.
Will purchase at end of month with or without a coupon.
