Mazewaliztli47 is sharing LATAM gift link notifications, not the EU ones.
For Beneath Oresa, everyone aside from EU receives a worldwide-redeemable key. The gift link notification means "these countries receive a region locked key)", namely EU countries receive a region locked key in this case.

RS (Serbia) is not counted in that EU list so it will receive a WW key, same as some other Balkan countries. (ME, MK, BA, AL)
However it is region locked with RU/CIS for Fort Solis with those other countries named. Don't know why they keep doing that

Of course, mind you this is just why I find them interesting/wanted to get them.

Against the Storm - I'm a huge sucker for city builders, besides fantasy games like these are most times not great, but this one seemed fun enough.. I had this one in my Wishlist for a good while, even played a demo of it back in EA.
The Pegasus Expedition - Unlike Against the Storm, I don't know much about this one. It has less than six months in my Wishlist, and that's because of a YT video. It looks a bit like Stellaris, but more story driven.
Blasphemous 2 - I liked the first one over on GoG quite a lot, and since I'm horrible at playing 3D Dark Souls, 2D Blasphemous scratch that itch for me, besides it was many times easier :)
Fort Solis - This one is a bit special, since I love Exploration type game with a somewhat grim/dark setting, especially the ones with a great story, not to mention that while its not horror(thankfully) it does resemble a bit The Dark Picture Anthology series, which I'm a huge fan of them(I know its not exactly the same, but its close enough. Besides, I get to explore a mining site on Mars where the whole crew just disappeared. What more can you ask for :D)
Jagged Alliance 3 - What can I say I'm a bit nostalgic since I've played quite a lot of JA back in the day.

I also like city builders. I actually already installed Anno 1800 to give it another go when I'm done with Indiana Jones. But now I'm thinking Against the Storm might be interesting. The only thing that puts me off is the rogue like aspect of it. If it doesn't have a proper campaign, that's kind of a bummer for me. Nevertheless willing to give it a try.

Indiana Jones was such a fun game, and the side content, didn't even felt like side stuff at all. I suppose you are past the Vatican part, but if not, I'll still mark this as spoiler. The mission where you have to save the nun friend of Gina, felt so much like a Main Mission.
Never played any Anno games, but I've watched people on yt, and not gonna lie, it seems like the type of game where you started to play for an hour, and when you blink, its already midnight :D
This is a bit subjective, but for me, a game like Against the Storm, doesn't necessarily need to have a campaign, as long as the sandbox experience is great.

Haven't played Against the Storm yet, but all the recommendations are based on that it focuses on the early, varied and impactful part of a city builder, without the endgame that is slowed down usually.
The game has a demo on Steam as well, so ultimately we can try it out before activating the full game :)

It sounds good, when you say it like that. I'm just not convinced that I will find the motivation to start over after the first or maybe second run. Not a big fan of the rogue like concept in general (with maybe a few exceptions like FTL). But I'll give it a go.

I love the endless content and depth of roguelikes, but I find it extremely hard to get past the "no need to try hard, you'll get another chance" mentality... It's hard for me to really give my 100% through every run, until it's successful.

So it's really a with or without you situation for me :D
