I had winner this game three week ago here, however yesterday I get a message that the game was removed because the payment process could'nt be processed. I create a ticket here in Support, however a friend told me this happen because the devs may revoke the keys and when I look on Steam market the game is not more to be sell.

This was the message (not in english).

Your link doesn't work. 403 Forbidden.

The Last Remnant was purchase disabled September 2018. Only available from keyshops, who don't have the power to revoke.

Contact the gifter?

Just do what you did. Contact support, include pic of the game being revoked. Then wait. May take a while. They'll probably delete the giveaway after investigating.

Ask the gifter to contact you. Leave a comment in the giveaway that the game was revoked. From other giveaways, looks like this gifter will try to fix it. If it gets fixed, mark received, leave a comment on your support ticket about resolution, and close your ticket

If you can, change the received to not received as it is no longer in your library.

Payment processing problem for a game they stopped selling almost two years ago and was last bundled over 3 years ago is very weird to me too, but weird stuff happens.

Looks like people can only buy it directly from the square enix website these days. Says it's a steam key.

It's polite to contact the gifter and can't hurt. They may not know it was revoked. Just leave a comment in the giveaway that the game was revoked and include the link to the picture.

They took it off steam store 2 years ago for the remastered version but never ported it to PC.

As well as contacting support (as per above suggestions) also change your feedback from received to not received (and definitely let the gifter know - he might be able to resolve the issue for you). Good luck.

it's not something universal, i still have my "The Last Remnant" game intact, try contacting the seller and or contacting support, worst case scenario you can change the game into not received.

Reselling keys and links to reseller stores. Do not use our site to resell keys, and do not post offers from stores which allow third parties to resell their keys or gifts. For example, do not ask others if they are interested in buying your leftover keys from a recent bundle purchase, or link to keys for sale on sites such as Kinguin, G2A, or Eneba.

Best if you'd edit your message and never again post link to a reseller store.

The last remnant was bundled ages ago. The only way it could be revoked is if Humble Bundle did it (probably by mistake).
Contact the gifter first.

Yes they can. They contact the devs and revoke the key. I know people who have had hundreds of keys revoked by HB.
As long as they still have partnership with the dev (and the dev agrees to do it) they can revoke every game they have ever sold you.
The devs does the deed but the command comes from HB. It's probably in the dev's contract otherwise no dev would bother deactivating 3 year old keys.
Seems this is the case:
