The 4,294,967,295 entries bug

How are the chances to win those? Is the winner only chosen from the people who actually entered or can one of the "bug-entries" win? (Probably not, they would have fixed it if that's the case. I'm just curious)

I think they're equal if counting real number of entries instead. Like 100 entries in a bug giveaway, still be 1% to everyone. Maybe is just a visual bug, or every person has the same number of "entries".

That glitch is just an issue with the counter. It doesn't affect the entries at all.
