They really could have flagged the game better or atleast refunded you :s.
But I don't think you're eligible for a reroll in that case respectively it'd be a lot of rerolls I presume.

though support said they'd help you, so your call if you really wanna delete it. just ticket it if so though and since it hasn't ended it'll be automated.
