Hi, I just bought some games for GAs soon, but I saw this:
"This is a restricted gift which can only be redeemed in these countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Viet Nam"
It is because I'm in Vietnam, probably. But how does it affect my GAs? Can I only gift them to people from SEA? I'll put that in my descriptions, but I doubt many would bother to read.
