Umm.. No? It simple is entirely inaccurate, regardless of your OS. Also, Vista has a worse performance on games than XP does, and takes way more resources as an OS alone, too. I also don't understand how your comment is relevant.

Your Power supply unit won't be able to power all your components when under full load I'm afraid.
The cpu uses 100W and the Graphics card uses 150W. Next to that you want at least 50W extra for the rest
of your system (RAM, hard drives and such). That is about 300 watt, which is very close to the 350 you have.
I'd recommend you getting the following list:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks
CPU | Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz Dual-Core Processor | $119.96 @ SuperBiiz
Motherboard | MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard | $49.99 @ Mwave
Video Card | Asus Radeon R7 260X 2GB DirectCU II Video Card | $139.99 @ Amazon
Case | Rosewill Line-M MicroATX Mini Tower Case | $38.61 @ Amazon
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available. | $348.55
all are high quality components!

I only have 350 bucks left and i already have ram, a hard drive, power supply, the os, an optical drive, mouse + keyboard, a monitor and even a controller.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3Idaj Is this good, or are there better valued parts? I have a 350 watt power supply, will it be enough or should i downgrade the gpu and upgrade something else?
