It should be fairly easy to write an ebook with every possible steam key. It would be a bit long though, as there are a little over 211 quindecillion combinations. Good luck finding the active ones though.

A $100 steam profile only takes like, 1 humble bundle purchase. Maybe 2.

Or you can go to bundlestars and get a couple of their bundles. Less than $10 to get a $100 'valued' steam profile.
